Tech4Tails Returns & The 60-Day "Fair Go" Policy
At Tech4Tails, we’re not just selling gadgets; we’re here to help you reclaim the peace in your home. We know that real training takes time, which is why we stand by our 60-Day Fair Go Policy. We give you the tools, the tech and the time to see real change.
1. Our 60-Day "Fair Go" Training Period
We believe every dog deserves a fair go at learning. Because ultrasonic and vibration training relies on consistent behaviour modification, we ask that you use the device for at least 21 to 30 days before reaching out.
If you’ve given it a "fair go" and aren't seeing results, contact our Support team at info@tech4tails.com.au. We won't leave you hanging; we’ll provide a custom Training Optimisation Plan to help you troubleshoot placement, sensitivity and timing. If success still isn't achieved, we will process a full refund.
2. The 12-Month Tech Guarantee
Our gear is built for the Aussie lifestyle, but tech can sometimes be temperamental.
Manufacturing Warranty: Every device is backed by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults. If your unit develops a genuine fault under normal use, we’ll skip the repairs and send you a brand-new replacement immediately.
Exclusions: This warranty covers technical faults only. It does not cover physical damage (e.g., chew marks, drops, or "ruff" play) or water damage beyond the device's specified IP rating.
The Limit: Warranty replacements are limited to one per original purchase. If a second unit fails under identical circumstances, we may choose to issue a final refund instead of a third replacement.
3. Shipping & Change of Mind
Arrival Damage: Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Any "Dead on Arrival" or shipping damage claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with video proof.
Change of Mind: At Tech4Tails, we move fast. We do not offer refunds or cancellations for "change of mind" once an order has been processed and dispatched.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping details. Tech4Tails is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
