1. Delivery Timeframes

We know you're eager to start training, so we prioritise speed and safety.

Order Processing: 24 to 48 hours (Monday to Friday).

Standard Delivery: 4 - 7 business days Australia-wide 

6 - 9 business days New Zealand wide

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched from our hub.

2. Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: $11 AUD

Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $99 AUD.

3. Safe Handling & Batteries

Our bark control devices contain high-quality 1.11Wh Lithium-Polymer (Li-Po) battery cells. To comply with safety standards (UN3481), your order is handled by specialised dangerous goods couriers who ensure the batteries are transported safely and arrive in perfect condition.

4. No Hidden Customs Fees

The price you see at checkout is the final price.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your Tech4Tails set is on its way, you can track its journey straight to your doorstep via Australia Post or our selected courier partners. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Under Australian Consumer Law, we are responsible for delivering to the address provided. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-delivery fee may apply.
